Decentralized Cultivation (The "Spokes") Quality at the Source

1. Industrial Partner Site

We partner with local breweries to capture two core waste streams: nutrient-rich wastewater and flue gas CO₂.

2. Proprietary PBR System

Waste streams are fed into our on-site, closed-loop photobioreactors to sustainably cultivate Spirulina biomass.

3. Algae Analytics Platform

Proprietary sensors monitor key growth parameters in real-time, ensuring the health and consistency of the algae culture.

4. Raw Biomass Concentrate

The raw, living algae biomass is harvested and concentrated on-site, ready for transport.

Centralized Processing (The "Hub") Purity at the Core

5. Batch Blending

Raw biomass from various partner sites is transported to our central facility and blended into a single, large batch to ensure uniformity.

6. Chemical-Free Extraction

We use a proprietary, low-energy, chemical-free process to extract and purify phycocyanin from the blended biomass.

7. Active Ingredient Stabilization

The purified phycocyanin is stabilized in our shelf-stable cosmetic-grade formula.

8. High-Purity Phycocyanin Active

The final, purified batch is sent for third-party lab testing to generate a Certificate of Analysis (CofA), validating its purity and potency.
